Data storage

We would like to point out that for the purpose of making the purchasing process easier and for the subsequent handling of the contract by the online shop operator, the subscriber’s IP data is stored in the form of cookies, as are name, email, address and credit card number of the purchaser.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned data is also stored by us for the purpose of handling the contract. The data provided by you is necessary to perform the contract and implement pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we are unable to conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to the carrier/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods, as well as to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

Upon cancelling the purchase transaction, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case that a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) has expired.
